Open Mindfulness

biweekly free meditation gathering

Take a break from the exhausting pace of your daily life and relax, recharge, and rest in the simplicity and stillness of a regular meditation practice.

We invite you to Open Mindfulness, Mindfulnest's online meditation space.

Twice a month:​

  • First Saturday, 9:00 -9:45 am EST 

  • Third Tuesday, 7:00 -7:45 pm EST
